故障現象：空調不制冷，但室內外風機運行，
故障部位：制冷系統、電控系統、缺氟等
維修空調過程：先檢查空調外機沒有熱風，拆下外機蓋，空調電源電壓正常，空調壓縮機沒有啟動，剛懷疑壓縮機壞，不小心手背碰到外機里的鐵皮手有點麻，當即斷定機子有漏電，拿電筆試探，果然是機殼帶電?？戳丝词覂入娫床季€，沒有發現地線?？s小檢查范圍，斷了外機三條線，再用電筆試探，機殼不帶電了，在使中壓縮機可以工作，但不能長時間就停機了，現次懷疑壓縮機損壞漏電的，為了減小拆卸，只去了壓縮機的線，再次上電，發現機殼還帶電，漏電原因跟壓縮機機沒有關系，就從火線到各處的接頭拆除，最后是發現壓縮機啟動電容漏電的，拆下電容測量容量沒有小只是漏電，直接換了一個35UF的上去試機，一切正常情工作。
維修空調結果：換壓縮機啟動電容。一切正常。啟動電容在高壓時漏電，造成有效容量降低，使壓縮機緊缺少動力而停機、壓縮機會因過熱保護
經驗：平時空調維修像壓縮機不啟動，一般直接用相同的壓縮機啟動器直接更換，大部分都是次部件故障。
